Sand texture agent

Hardening agent

Defoaming degassing

Another function of waxes in powder coatings is degassing or defoaming. They are often used as a defoaming agent for coatings, which can solve the pinholes and depressions of porous substrates. The relative wax products of Tianshi have superior pollution resistance, extremely low additive amount and little impact on gloss.

Bonding agent

Waxes in powder coating have bonding agent. The micronized wax does not dissolve under the temperature of bonding, which can be coated on powder coating particles to prevent them from sticking together. Compared with inorganic materials, wax powder as a bonding separator will not affect the leveling of powder coatings.
